If the customer informs us the order got delayed, we will investigate by GPS tracking and provide a resolution to the customer. It can happen with anyone so we will apologize to the customer for it and if it is happening continuously then we will investigate it and compensate the customer and will deduct the amount from the supplier.
The customer can mention all the instructions on the registration page, which is shared with the assigned rider.(The address will be mentioned on the customer’s profile and if the supplier is facing issues to find the customer then he can directly call the customer to get the exact location.)
